Prophet Isanga champions hard work and biblical principles

Kayunga: Over the weekend, the Universal Apostles Fellowship Church of Righteousness (UAFCR) held a highly successful Mega Crusade at Ntenjeru Saza Grounds in Kayunga Town Council, drawing thousands of faithful.

The event was headlined by Prophet David Isanga, popularly known as Naabi Daudi, who delivered a powerful message rooted in Biblical principles and national development.

In his sermon, Prophet Isanga thanked the President of the Republic of Uganda, H.E. Gen (Rtd) Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, for his visionary leadership and efforts towards socioeconomic transformation.

He specifically lauded the Parish Development Model (PDM) as a critical tool for grassroots empowerment and urged citizens to actively support government programs for national progress.

The Prophet emphasized productivity, moral uprightness, and adherence to Biblical teachings. He strongly advocated for the sanctity of marriage, condemned practices such as adultery and homosexuality, and encouraged communities to uphold righteousness as a foundation for peace and development.

Security at the event was successfully managed by a joint team under the Ssezibwa Region command. According to Ms. Hellen Butoto, the region’s spokesperson, the team ensured effective crowd control, access regulation, emergency preparedness, and traffic coordination throughout the crusade.

Representing the President at the event, Hajji Faruk Kirunda, special Presidential Assistant for Press and Mobilization and Deputy Presidential Spokesperson commended Prophet Isanga for his consistent efforts in youth mobilization and mindset transformation.

He announced a presidential pledge to support the Church’s commercial agriculture project in Nakaseke District with the donation of a tractor.

The event attracted high-profile leaders, including Hon. Amos Lugolobi, State Minister for Finance and Planning; Hon. Jennifer Namuyangu, State Minister for Bunyoro Affairs and a permanent church member; Ms. Marriam Nalubega Sseguya, Resident District Commissioner of Kayunga District; and other distinguished guests and local leaders.

This crusade marked a significant moment of unity, faith, and a shared commitment to both spiritual and national development, reinforcing the Church’s growing role in community transformation.
