Manafwa residents endorse Musibikha as next Woman MP

Manafwa: In a strong display of grassroots support, residents of Manafwa District have rallied behind Hon. Annett Musibikha, endorsing her bid to become the next Woman Member of Parliament.

Located in eastern Uganda, Manafwa District comprises 18 rural sub-counties, four town councils, and three traditional divisions.

Hon. Musibikha, a dynamic and community-focused leader, has been steadily gaining popularity due to her consistent engagement with constituents. Last week, she conducted a midweek tour across several key sub-counties, where she was warmly welcomed by residents who praised her dedication and accessibility.

“We are tired of leaders who only appear during elections. Hon. Musibikha has shown us that she truly cares about our welfare,” said Jane Nabwire, a resident of Bubulo West.

John Bosco Masiga, another resident, added: “We need a leader who listens and responds to our concerns. Hon. Musibikha has demonstrated that she is willing to do just that.”

Musibikha’s approach marked by active listening, community outreach, and solution-driven leadership has earned her a reputation as a leader with a genuine commitment to service.

As support for her candidacy continues to build, it is increasingly evident that Hon. Musibikha stands as a strong contender for the Woman MP seat. Her ability to connect with voters on the ground and address their challenges head-on positions her as a formidable force in the upcoming elections.

“We are sending love and support to Hon. Musibikha. We believe in her, and we know she will do great things for our district,” said Nabbeki John, LC3 Chairperson of Mayanza Subcounty and a resident of Butiru.
