Masindi: Police in Masindi District have launched an investigation into the mysterious death of a 34-year-old man identified only as Mulindwa, whose body was discovered along the Kafu-Kigumba highway.
According to Julius Allan Hakiza, spokesperson for the Albertine Region Police, the deceased was employed at a farm owned by Dr. Kadima in Kibanja village, Kibanja parish, Kimengo sub-county.
Preliminary reports indicate that Mulindwa received his salary on May 23, 2025, after which he went to a local bar to drink.
He did not return that night. His lifeless body was found the following day, May 24, 2025, with deep head wounds, suggesting foul play.
Police say investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding his death and to apprehend those responsible.
