Booma FC reclaims top spot as spoils are shared with Calvary FC

The team will be looking to continue their strong start to the season and build on their position at the top of the table.

Masindi: Booma FC has reclaimed the top spot on the FUFA Big League table after securing a hard-fought draw against Calvary FC at Midigo Playground on match day 8.

The match ended in a 0-0 stalemate, with both teams battling fiercely for dominance throughout the 90 minutes.

Despite the lack of goals, the result proved crucial for Booma FC, who earned an important away point. With this draw, the Masindi-based side now sits in 1st place on the Big League table with 14 points from 7 matches, ahead of second-placed Blacks Power from Lira.

Booma’s next challenge comes in the form of another tough away fixture against Paidha Black Angels, set for November 18, 2024, at Ba’okoro Stadium in Paidha.
