No weapon formed against corruption can prosper, only money, mind and time

Op-Ed: If there is anyone who can answer questions about the President of Uganda, it’s I. I’m not afraid of answering any question as each has a Perfect answer.

Ask me why we build roads in Congo; I can type you a pamphlet in a spilt of a second. Ask me anything. If the course existed, I am the Professor of Musevenism, Musevenomics and even Movementism.

Besides, it’s now my formal duty to tell the People the Truth about the Programs of the Government led by the one in Million Leader Gen Y.K Museveni of Uganda, who is also Chairperson of my Party, the Movement.

However, never ask me about CORRUPTION in Uganda. I have nothing to say. Infact, I just keep quiet because it’s the Only Question about the National Resistance Movement regime (Leadership is the correct word) that I have no answer for is Corruption.

However this does not imply that I am ashamed of anything. On Corruption, I realized that Uganda as a Nation is Not the Only Corrupt Country in planet or in History. I also learnt that Tanzania’s NSSF lost Close to a Billion Dollars in a Corruption scandal whereby the Whole Board is constituted by CCM party members and Leaders and NOBODY has the Authority to try them.

The Late John Pombe Magufuli simply Stopped the SCAM, over $640 m AZIMIO/NSSF Mega Real estate project titled DEGE ECO VILLAGE but he prosecuted no one. He never even accused anyone. Yet its one if the Biggest Open scams to ever be performed by African Bourgeoisie against their poorly paid Workers. Why? He had NO Powers (Real Authority) to even mention the suspects.

Tanzania is So corrupt that Everyone is aware who took what, but there is none more Powerful that who takes what in Tanzania.

And that is the Complicated Nature of ‘Modern Corruption”.

Human admins have always been corrupt.  Even in Ancient Egypt, the France Napoleon lied that he would eliminate Corruption from. One of the Most Advanced nations on earth, with all the checks and balances you can imagine, South Korea, Just convicted their Former President of Corruption.

The recently concluded debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, both accused the other among other unbelievable things,  of Corruption, since Both have been Presidents we can assume that atleast One of them is Correct.

So how can the Most Advanced Nation of Modern Times even have a Corrupt President.? This implies that technically, Uganda or NRM Party’s Or CCM’s Position is not Unique.

Infact, Milton Obote and IDI Amin were also corrupt. So UPC and DP cannot tell us anything. The  Kabaka of Buganda had partnered with the British Administration before independence to Fleece every Corner of Uganda until Independence.

In Bunyoro where I come from, we were not a colony of Britain but of Mengo. These are historical facts. But the elders tell of how Ganda Admins would hide tax money and not remit it to Mengo. Still, Kampala was flamboyantly built on National Corrupt dealings of British and Ganda Bourgeoise and that’s why she appears to have all the PRIVATE property and wealth she owns today as other regions where they extracted loot look like Stone Age civilizations.

Today, Uganda is 90% Kampala and Wakiso. The rest are Just images. Ancient Corruption turned Uganda into Kampala and vice versa. If you lose Kampala, you have a lot to explain. This explains why we of the NRM have never been settled ever since we Lost a Vote in Kampala and whatever we do today is aimed at Regaining Kampala’s Political Trust.  But the issue is, whoever is in Kampala today is NOT the same who was there pre independence.

The Person who is voting against Movement is one of the Most CORRUPT in Uganda and she has inherited the Historical culture of Corruption as applied by the British/Mengo Imperial alliance on all the other Regions of Uganda. That’s why they are always indifferent to an administration that is Pro Masses who have been Robbed For close to a Century.

Most dodge taxes, smuggle, poorly pay employees and cheat them and have build arcades and Hotels and rentals allover Kampala Central.  These in turn determine who wins in Kampala as they own the Money to Fund anything.

If Kampala Bourgeoise decided to Fund a Dog as Candidate, Nobody in Uganda can Win it. And that’s how REAL Powerful the Corrupt of the world are.

When Corruption is mentioned, this lot is quick to zero the definition of Corruption to imply mere State Theft by admins, but the reality is that the Money Lost by the Corruption of the RICH CLASS of Uganda exceeds whatever is stolen by a govt crooks of an admin by a thousand zeros.

Those are not the Peasants that the NRA/M went to the Bush to liberate however. However , they too formed a substantial volume of ‘Liberators” who went to the Bush (or supported) to ‘liberate Uganda”.

The Bush did not only have Revolutionaries who think and behave like Gen Museveni if then and today.

Some had to remove Obote and Lutwa et al simply for Business and ego or ethnic reasons.

Some wanted to return monarchies. Some wanted to simply evade arrest for Crimes they committed against Obote and his Admin.

As you can see, what you all anticipated of the Victors can also therefore never be Standard or Uniform.  This implies that since the Bush days, there has been contradictions Within The Movement itself on How to handle every matter, from planning of Battles , to What to do with those who kill wanainchi, to corruption of then and the future, which is today.

Gen Museveni talked of a HIGH command Meeting whereby he struggled to convince the other revolutionaries to Evacuate a Village to keep them safe. Mbu they refused because they wanted to remain near their Girlfriends. He did NOT force them but left them to LEARN from their Mistakes.

That therefore is the Safest method. To Give the Mistake Makers TIME to Learn from their own Mistakes that you tell them about daily.

You cannot Jail a Fellow Victor in revolutionary terms. It seems easy to those who don’t understand how a revolution is achieved and sustained for as long as 38 years with PEACE and UNITY being the PRIMARY objective or Priority.

When carrying out a Revolution, you must use Everyone, even SATAN to remove Belzebuub only. That’s how Difficult it is.

But to convert Satan into a Saint after a Victory with her requires TACT and TIME, lest the Revolution becomes a waste shortly.

The above is how Complex it is.

I too wish I would wake up and Round up all the Corrupt in My district and jail them. Besides, don’t I have all the Authority now that Gen Museveni appointed me to Go and do Exactly that.

If I called the DPC and the Army Commander, we can arrest any Corrupt person we want. But the reality is difficult to fathom.

Uganda is a nation where Corruption had been Embedded in CULTURE of the Mass-Line itself over time long before The movement arrived.

If you arrest a Corrupt Person, the same people will Move in Millions and Protest and you will Lose everything, you the Corruption warrior. The PEOPLE have been ‘sharing’ with their “MAIN THIEF” for Close to a Century now and they only Elect those who have the capacity to become the Chief Thief among all of them. All our fees was paid by Chief thieves, our Medical is guaranteed by the Chief Thief and our Coffins are assured because of the Chief Thief of our Villages.

Arresting a Corrupt MP who everyone at the constituency knows is Corrupt Will not bring you the ‘Serious Commander’ more votes in the Current Uganda I can assure you. They will elect the Person back and embarrass you. Look allover your 38 year period. See how the Masses treated Convicted Leaders who had stolen heavy sums. Did they Reject them afterwards?? Did they hate them as a sane Human is supposed to do.

Yes, Insanity is what the Culture of a Typical Ugandan has attained. We worship what is supposed to be evil but pretend to be complaining about it. .in every Family, there is Someone who has or is benefitting for Corruption today. So how do you expect Corruption to simply be Hanged and Jailed like IDI Amin though he would.

How am I supposed to arrest 10,000 families which are Extended in Nature and Each is fed and school fees paid by a Corrupt Official in the Govt or Private Sector?

The answer lies in,, TIME and MIND and MONEY.

There is NO method that is being suggested by anyone today that can simply STOP or eliminate Corruption as we know it from Uganda.

Government is easy. That’s the easy part. But that is not what forms the Large part of what we call Endemic National Corruption (ENC). The UGX 9 trillion is just the Recorded one. But hundreds of Trillions are Lost in General National Corruption that is now intertwined In the diverse rich cultures of Uganda which affects Politics and Economics and vice versa. Its all in the MIND and TIME with Money.

Those who anticipate Corruption to be jailed or Shot at, be my Guest. Come you show me who to jail, I show you a Whole nation and their Leaders from 1900.
