PM Nabbanja thanks God for her reappointment in office

He thanked the premier for the support towards construction of the hospital.

Hoima: The prime minister of Uganda Rt. Hon. Robina Nabanja has today joined hundreds of Christians to celebrate Palm Sunday at Bujumbura cathedral in Hoima city.

The premier who also came to thank God for having been retained as the prime minister in the new Ugandan cabinet was accompanied by the state minister for public service Grace Mary Mugasa who also retained her position in the cabinet.

Nabanja urged the Christians to embrace government programs like Emyoga and PDM so that they can improve on their incomes.

Nabanja also delivered cash worth 50 million shillings she had earlier pledged for the construction of st. Mary’s specialized women and children hospital.

She added that the president is also soon to fulfill his pledges of 300 million Uganda shillings for the same cause.

Rt. Rev. Vincent Kirabo, the bishop of Hoima catholic diocese thanked the premier for the support towards construction of the hospital.

While preaching the Bishop tasked Christians to continue fighting all the evil things they do in their lives.

Grace Mary Mugasa, the minister of state for public service said their contract renewal was by the grace of God.

Other prominent people who attended the palm sunday service included; Grace Kojjo the director kontick hotel in Hoima city, Badru Mugabi the Hoima city RCC, Jimmy Tumwine the DPC hoima central police, Robert Mugisa the vicar general of Hoima catholic diocese among others.
