He is accused of killing Darlson Ajulera, 26, a resident of Kabaale village in Kabaale parish of Kabaale sub-county in Hoima district, around 9 p.m. on Sunday.
It is established that Wamani booked a room at Aguda Traders and Sons Bar and Lodge in Kyatiri Trading Center in Masindi district on Sunday evening.
He later invited Ajulera to his room. While in the guesthouse room, they reportedly picked a quarrel over an unknown reason, and in the process, Wamani strangled Ajulera to death.
