TOKOLA ERROR! Nobody can sanction Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba

Op-Ed:  “Tokola Ehh,, Tokola ERROR mutto wangeee”._

The above is the latest viral TikTok challenge trend started by a vividly Marijuana-addicted unemployed but vividly  criminally-minded violent youth from a crew called MASANDUGU family, threatening a rival camp.

As he sends out the  warning, adding on, “Ffe Tukubaaa”,,, his Beautiful but Scary big Eyes sometimes leaves you really worried.

I would therefore love to borrow the same line to caution enemies of Uganda from within and without as we head into the Democratic season in Uganda.

Today I woke up with my DM full of messages about a fake news article from habitual misinformation site witnessug.com.  It said *”Gen Muhoozi sanctioned”* and many wanted my reactions.

People usually share MK tweets with me as if am his spokesperson but I guess they already know that he is my comrade at arms and I actually enable his advent in various capacities over the years. I believe in him. After All, am I not also the “Mr PLU” character his followers enjoy so much online? So I usually try my best to answer.

Just like Gen Muhoozi and our leader Gen Museveni, I too don’t fear difficult questions. I have an answer plus more ready for every question asked on this planet. Even if you ask me where Satan stays on earth I shall tell you. Am therefore not one you try to scare with mere words.

I simply therefore Laughed and went back to sleep at 5:00 am. I slept so soundly as peacefully as I did 10 years ago and expect to still  do 69 years from today without worry as long as NRA/M is still operational, and woke up to go to work. This is the same ‘lugambo’ site that had earlier last week falsely accused Gen Muhoozi of arresting his own brother and comrade and ardent loyal promoter of NRM as well as Makerere Student Leader and Assistant Resident  District Commissioner of Mbarara Mr. Moses Mufakinanye also popularly known by the media as Hon. Omujugujugu for telling a simple Joke.

“To sanction who? By whom? As who??”, I wondered as I woke up at 6 am. In 2024, total U.S. goods trade with Uganda reached $238.9 million. Uganda exported $132.6 million worth of goods to the U.S., while the U.S. exported $106.3 million worth of goods to Uganda. The U.S. goods trade DEFICIT with Uganda was $26.3 million. Sanctioning who? The USA for example can’t even win Uganda in a direct Trade war numerically?? China defeated USA’s trade war begun by Trump because of the same above logic. You can’t sanction someone who is more creative than you are in the MARKET therefore.

Note that the same economic effect to the Imperialists (USA, Britain, NATO, etc) reverberate proportionally with whichever ‘country” is AROUND Uganda,, whom  Uganda can choose to SABOTAGE, stabilize/destabilize, align with, collaborate with, fight with or make peace with, etc at any time or control (or choose to be controlled by) them as they deem fit.

That’s the advantage of being at the “Centre of the Cake”. You get to treat whoever is by your side as you deem fit.

For example, before South Sudan fights with Rwanda or Vice Versa, Uganda MUST consent, be involved , ignore or simply choose any side. But Uganda may not need permission (or blockage or even participation or consent) from either of the 2 to fight, hug, trade with them, name it. We can just begin shooting South Sudan with Butida today and Rwanda with stones tomorrow if we so desired. But ALL the Rest of the other  Nations of the Great Lakes do not have that “Privilege of multiple Access of all Nations” like Uganda does.

The same above can be said of the dynamics of regional politics, sociology, culture and demographics as well as history and therefore the future of the Great Lakes region. Now, if the rumor that Jomo Kenyatta was Kabalega’s son does not “scare” you, then this article will make you “Fear Error”. But that’s true unhindered demographic all-round control am talking about that Ugandan possesses as a resource. And am talking about a Uganda that is not organized in this assumption, for

If such an American Army could not defeat GOAT FARMERS in Afghanistan (Taliban), then how would they manage to challenge a modern well organized disciplined UPDF army whose artillery and technology partners include the USA itself, Israel plus even her Enemies such as Russia,  North Korea and China as well as Iran ? Tokola Errrooooor boyyii…

Uganda may appear to have borders only to the Wazungu imperialist thieves who drew them and ‘poorly educated’ Africans but the reality is that nobody can stop any black person inside Uganda from leaving or those from the neighborhood coming in if they ever wanted to.

Ugandan borders are in THEORY of British books of education only therefore. When you attack a Ugandan, he can simply withdraw tactfully to Congo and FIT in, and he/comes back. You realize how hard it is for even Uganda to destroy her own rebels? Now imagine UPDF and 45 million Ugandans retreating in an organized way to Congo or Sudan with their Army intact like Russian Moscow did Napoleon and Hitler.

All the times I have ever entered a neighboring country in East Africa, I was in some rural village along the formal border where nobody cared who crosses where. In Bundibuyo, Busia, Oraba, Bwera, Kisoro, Amudat etc, the African People on either side of the Border are the SAME families and there is no clear demarcation.

No border control was available or even allowed when I reached. The Pokot of Kenya and Uganda are the SAME and simply keep moving forward and back depending on the season and nobody is permitted to stop them in Kenya or Uganda. The only issue is some move with their Guns into Uganda and Kenya and hence peddling insecurity between the borders. This has been curtailed though with improved vigilance of the NRM govt and Kenyan authorities.

Being in the “centre” is therefore very sweet and Powerful. USA and their colonial white supremacist allies need UG more than we need them because they need all the rest of the Neighbors around UG (outskirts ,, back to you RAO) to be ‘stable” so that their Investments/exploitation of cheap African labor can commence peacefully therefore.

If Ugandans were to  ‘RUN more MAD’ (God forbid, from the current MOH estimated 30% to 50% of population),,,, this whole Great Lakes Region would be  dragged DOWNWARDS along.  That’s what the History of this region Suggests. Uganda inter-links and can interlock everything/anything you know about  East Africa more than many can fathom, from Gorilla movements to refugee and immigration paths that determine the demography of the whole of Africa. Uganda is not as ‘useless’ to this planet as you some think therefore.

Uganda is the real Epicentre of all political social economics in East Africa if not Africa.

South Africans know Ugandans. That’s why Nelson Mandela reached Uganda after Jail before he reached TZ or Nigeria or Sudan. Ugandan fighters were in ANC.

Ugandan Freedom fighters fighting for the rights of other African nations is therefore not new to Ugandans. Gen Y.K Museveni was and is still an active ANC freedom fighter and member, member of CCM by Nyerere, commander of RPF in Rwanda, very “in-touch” with South Sudan’s Salva Kiir today, was in Plans with Kwameh Nkurumah, Cabral, Nyerere and even Gaddafi till his last day.

The same was for every leader of Uganda such as Idi Amin. Amin attracted attention not because he was Amin but because he was the Leader of “THAT Uganda”. Everyone wanted to deal with him but he was not a good businessman like Gen Museveni et al.

If it was not for Uganda, the original Neocolonialism exploitative intended EAC unification agenda by the fleeing British and Allies would have worked in 1963. As TZ and Kenya delegation held unification letters ready to sign in 1963,,, the Ugandan delegation said… “NONSENSE…!”Of  course Ugandans received a heavy Battering from the Neo-colonialists for the next 25 years as they kept doing all they could to interfere.

This interference was through trying to reinstall Obote, supporting of war lords in Uganda post Amin and forcing Uganda to Liberalize in 1989 to enable access to mere aid as they and their stooges had siphoned Ugandan coffers and the Edonomy dry by 1985.

Even if today, these Imperialist labor thieves still try so much today and are very successful in some fields such as Investments, Education, Health etc but as they interfered with Ugandan geopolitics and commerce in the past, they ended up losing everything and by 1983, most Foreign Capital had FLED Ugandan voluntarily.

We love to Blame Amin for sending away Asians from Uganda but forget that Amin was installed by the British and Allies for their own interests. What if the expelling of Asians was one of the plans of the British to their Puppet Amin? Asians of Ugandan origin must therefore forgive Amin and look deeper at who his MASTER was then.

They must also never blame UGANDANS as no Asian of Uganda origin can produce Evidence that all Ugandan Nations (independent tribes all led) consented or were even consulted before Amin made his decision to expel them.

Then, after being ravaged by World war, Asia was booming. For Western Capital to colonize Ugandan market, the Asian Capital had to be discarded first as a Plan of Queen Elizabeth. Yes. Even today in England, the English FEAR Competition from Indians, Chinese etc so why not back then in Uganda? Asian investors must therefore be comfortable today and continue to invest more.

To imagine that Ugandans who are so loving and welcoming of Foreigners can all devise to send away Indians is madness. Amin was simply “Possessed and guided” by enemies of Asians and Africans in Uganda in the early 1970s. It’s the  Kabaka Mutesa who invited British (Foreigners) and also allowed Asian coolies into Buganda, voluntarily, peacefully and thus Uganda was never colonized but became a Business partner (Protectorate vs Colony) of the Imperial British East African Company (IBEACO) which Governed Uganda pre-1900,,,, unlike OTHER African Nations.

Mutesa I was Clever. He had preempted the motives and the fire Power as well as the Fact that NONE of the thousands of independent technologically inferior but organized African Tribes (called Nation) would defeat such an invading ALLIED Force in such a state of Fragmentation. Meanwhile Cwa Kabalega of Bunyoro and his predecessor had thought otherwise. He somehow thought Unity was still possible Amidst war. Something which is usually a late loser man’s fantasy. Unity must always come in peaceful times for it to work when under duress.

The person and the people I appreciate the most for sabotaging the neo-colonists agenda after independence in Uganda much as they are the same who brought them  are therefore  the Baganda People (Buganda Kingdom) by Mengo by Mutesa II.

Though initially a collaborator, Mutesa II became a REBEL and resistor in the 1950s where he was even toppled and Exiled to London only to return just in time for ‘Independence”. It seems the Ghosts of his ancestor Mwanga, who had been betrayed by Ganda Lords like Semei Kakungulu continued to haunt his lineage till he was defeated captured alongside his blood brother, Cwa Kabalega the King of Bunyoro, resisting in Lango where both their dynasties (Biito, Basengeye, Cwa) are known to have originated from.

After world war 1 and 2 in 1945 ended, the once united and mighty European Enemy Armies had beaten themselves  to bankruptcy. German which had owned Tanganyika lost and the British took over, still they never survived the wrath of Maji Maji and Mau Mau of Kenya whom Amin was sent to Fight. Though Idi Amin defeated Mau Mau in Kenya, it was evident that such was only a temporary victory and that the resistance would return shortly. By 1963, the British had Left Uganda and all the surrounding great lakes territories of the African.

Today, under a very harmonious partnership with The NRM under Gen Museveni who shares in the thinkings of Kabalega, Mwanga et al, Mengo is very successful economically and the region of Buganda has the highest GDP of all Ugandan regions. Meanwhile Kabalega’s Bunyoro invited the colonialists back to extract OIL but this time on Equal fair sharing terms, peacefully, no shouting around the Palace or shooting Banyoro people guns, syphilis and cyanide to make them award their resources for free like they desired for the last 400 years.

Before heading to Arusha in 1963, The Baganda had already consulted their Nyoro brothers who also asked Comrade Nyerere and puppet Kenyatta, ‘you are uniting us with Kenyans and Tanzaniana yet your people divided us with Baganda and Toro and Lango”,,,, ?? You think we are what?? Because you see us with fur you think we are mice?”. Of course I heard this from my grandfather who was on the Nyoro side of the story. Heheh.

Of course Milton Obote and team thought so too. The Lango are closely related to the Baganda, Banyoro, Banyarwanda, Bahima and the LUO dynasties that have led the Great Lakes for over 500 years today. No wonder Obote ‘turned to the left” (Afro Socialism vs Preferred free Capitalism) hence causing his removal by his bosses the Britons and Imperialist coalition of the Western Capitalists.

And the whole East Africa crumbled as the colonialists  struggled to keep Ugandan under their exploitative puppetry. Kenya went into a state of societal stagnation under a dictatorship, one of the worst ever under Daniel Arap Moi. Imagine 2 decades of FEAR in Kenya!! Most Young Kenyans don’t know these things. They think Kenya has always been Americano democracia where they just shout at Ruto and he bows. Let me tell you, Moi would have Caned or Killed all of you before he accepts the Financial Bill to be rejected. Do you ever hear of such under Moi? Lucky you.

Tanzania became too became isolated from modernity and even today they can barely communicate in any foreign Language but Kiswahili. Rwanda and Burundi became ‘genocide land” from 1950 to 1994 when Ugandan Liberation fighters intervened and installed a Pan African like-minded Leader in Paul kagame. The Sudanese rebels became Ugandan and vice versa even and Sudan ended up splitting into 2. Trying to annoy and destabilize Uganda can therefore collapse even Egypt too as Sudan is connected to everything Misr.

Our Eastern neighbor  Congo too collapsed under Patrice Lumumba and was captured and placed under and exploitative curfew for over 4 decades by the mercenaries of the Extractive  Resource-Hungry WEST and their merchant puppet of a former  witchdoctor, Mobutu Sese Seko. Congo only stabilized after Ugandan and Rwandan Pan African Freedom fighters chased away this Mobutu who had been installed by these Wazungu. Somalia too shortly after Uganda was breached,  collapsed till Ugandan Freedom fighters went there and stabilized Mogadishu by not simply defeating al shabab militarily but by making the Africans there believe that all we wanted them only to be well, because we are the same blood.

You people ..do you know Uganda ??

Nobody can touch Ugandan again…they tried all and failed. The whole Great Lakes region and Beyond Beyonce is aware of the importance of Uganda to their safety and security as well as prosperity. These Wazungu too are and know better than inciting a General of such a Super POWER. That’s why refugees run towards Uganda not to Kenya or TZ or to Sudan or Ethiopia but to Uganda, the CAPITAL and FREEDOM CITY of East and Central Africa.
