RDC Ngabirano transferred from Masindi
Ngabirano replaced Rose Kobusinge Kirabira in early 2022.
Masindi: Emmy Ngabirano has officially been transferred from Masindi to Bushenyi after nearly three years in the district.
In an interview, he described the transfer as a normal part of his duties and reflected positively on his time in Masindi, highlighting achievements in monitoring government projects, community mobilization, and maintaining security.
‘’It’s true I have been transferred to Bushenyi district and this is a normal transfer,’’ he added.
Ngabirano encouraged the people of Masindi to remain united and continue supporting government programs aimed at improving household incomes.

While unconfirmed reports suggest that the Fort Portal Resident City Commissioner may replace him, Ngabirano’s contributions during his tenure have been noted as significant.
